In the Futuri Control Room, you can see the raw data on how your listeners are voting in your playlist. This chart lays out every vote made in #engage and your Futuri Mobile app, to give your team a better idea on what your listeners want to hear.
This page is found in the following place, depending on whether your station has Interactive Song Ratings enabled:
- Stations with Interactive Song Ratings enabled - Found under Instant Request Songs > Interactive Song Ratings (see Interactive Song Ratings for more information)
- Stations without Interactive Song Ratings enabled - Found under Instant Request Songs > Playlist (see info below)
Scrolling down you will see a table where you can sort by Artist, Title, Cut ID, Positive Votes, Negative Votes or Net Votes. Net Votes are listed as "L - D" in the table (meaning "Likes Minus Dislikes").
You can filter by date range to see the last day, week or month, or you can set a custom date range during which you want to see results.
You can also filter by "Requestable" status. If a song is available in your #engage voting window or Futuri Mobile app, it will be marked as "Requestable" in the Control Room, so filtering by "Requestable" status allows you to ONLY view the voting stats on those active-library songs.
This table can also be easily copied and pasted into an Excel spreadsheet and shared by email for visibility.
