Q: How do I log into TopLine?

Q: My password isn’t working. What do I do?

A: Click here to reset your password: http://topline.futurimedia.com/password/email

You will be prompted to input your email address. You will then receive an email to reset your password.

 

Q: I received a presentation from TopLine months ago and I would like the data updated. What should I do?   

A: Call us at 877-221-7979 or email us at VIPSUPPORT@FUTURIMEDIA.COM.

Just give us your name and the name of the client presentation and we will update the data and deliver it through TopLine.

 

Q: I submitted my research request, but I forgot to add something. What do I do?

A: Call us at 877-221-7979 or email us at VIPSUPPORT@FUTURIMEDIA.COM.

We have a very responsive support team waiting to take your call or your email! Just let us know what information you forgot to add and we will communicate it with our team.

 

Q: I just received my presentation and I have a question about the data and possibly some revisions. Can I speak with an analyst?  

A: Yes!  Call us at 877-221-7979 or email us at VIPSUPPORT@FUTURIMEDIA.COM. We will look up your request and put you in touch with the analyst who completed it. If they are not available, we will put you in touch with another analyst on the team that will be able to answer your questions.

 

Q: I need my request filled quicker than your standard deadline. Can you process rush requests?

A: We know that sometimes you need a quick turn around, and although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete your request quicker than our standard deadlines, we like to try! Give us the opportunity to accommodate your quick turn needs. Submit your request and let us know when you need it in the Special Instructions. We will communicate with you if it cannot be done.

 

Q: I ordered TopLine Insights and I love the research you pulled! How do I turn this into a presentation? 

A: On your dashboard, click the “Request Full Design” button for that specific request. You will be able to choose an Infographic or a Presentation. You will have the opportunity to also pick a minimum of a one business day delivery.

 

Q: I submitted a research request, but I forgot what due date I selected. Where can I check?

A: On your dashboard, find that specific request and click on the “Details” button, to the right. There you will see the original due date you selected, along with other details you filled out for your request.

 

Q: I need changes to my Station Snapshots. How do I request this? 

A: If you are a manager, simply log into TopLine and go to TopLine for Managers. Click on the “Station One-Sheets” section. There you will see all of your Station Snapshots. Click “Request Changes” and describe what changes you need. If you are not a manager, these requests will have to be approved before we make any changes.

 

Q: I just received my Infographic. Can I have this in Powerpoint?

A: We create our Infographics in Adobe Illustrator in order for them to look clean and sleek. If you would like for us to revise something call us at 877-221-7979 or email us at VIPSUPPORT@FUTURIMEDIA.COM.
